The Lowdown on Omega-3

Omega-3 is an important nutrient for good health. It has gained more attention recently, as a large study was released which investigated the effects of omega-3 fats on heart health. 

So I was delighted to write this post for The Food Medic’s Educational Hub, which  explains the results of this recent study, as well as providing an overview of omega-3 and health.
