Supports: Women, children and young people

Having recovered from an eating disorder herself, Sarah has dedicated her career to supporting women and children to recover from disordered eating and heal their relationship with food.

With a focus on Intuitive Eating, body image healing and weight-inclusive, trauma-informed care she holds a safe and non-judgemental space for her clients and encourages achievable health behaviours and genuine self-care, not numbers on the scale.

Much of Sarah's work sits at the intersection of nutrition and mental health. Through her NHS role in child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS), she supports neurodivergent children and young people, with particular experience in ADHD, autism and ARFID. She understands how sensory needs, anxiety and neurodivergence shape a person's relationship with food, and she tailors her care accordingly, meeting each child and family where they are rather than expecting them to fit a standard mould.

Alongside this, Sarah is a GLP-1 research dietitian, keeping her at the forefront of the evolving evidence around weight, appetite and metabolic health. This breadth means she brings both clinical rigour and deep compassion to her practice. Sarah is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research, so you can trust that you or your child are in good hands on this journey of healing and self-discovery.
