Registered Dietitian HCPC & CORU registered
With over a decade of experience in public and private health settings, Aoife McMahon is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping people heal their relationship with food and their body.
She works with people who know in their gut, that something doesn’t feel right around food and want support to move towards a more peaceful, trusting way of eating and living.
Her clinical interests include eating disorders, disordered eating, bariatric surgery, GLP-1 medications, and neuroaffirming nutrition care for autistic people and people with ADHD, including the unique eating challenges that can come with neurodivergence. Her approach is also informed by her own lived experience with neurodivergence.
With experience across NHS and private practice, Aoife provides compassionate, evidence-based care that meets each person exactly where they’re at.
Clients often describe feeling truly heard for the first time and finding that working together is different from what they expected and takes the form of a supportive, collaborative process that keeps them in the driving seat of their care.
