With over 10 years experience, Ros specialises in supporting people to overcome eating disorders, improve body image, and build a more peaceful relationship with food.

She has a special interest in helping those who feel stuck in cycles of restriction, bingeing, or food preoccupation — including those navigating eating challenges alongside neurodivergence and the use of GLP-1 medications. Ros also loves working with women looking to restore their menstrual cycle, supporting nutrition through pregnancy, and helping active people find a healthier relationship with food and exercise.

Her approach is compassionate, non-judgemental, and tailored to the individual, helping clients move away from rigid rules and towards a more flexible, sustainable way of eating.

As a certified yoga teacher, she also integrates nervous system regulation, embodiment and mindfulness into her nutrition support, drawing on somatic and self-compassion-based approaches alongside more structured therapeutic tools like CBT and DBT — because healing your relationship with food goes beyond what's on your plate.
