Published on

I really enjoyed doing this talk for Newcastle Skeptics in the Pub (on the 26th of October 2017) about one of the most popular and seemingly conflicting areas of nutrition – fats.

Is butter really back?

Should you add coconut oil to your coffee?

Is it OK to use olive oil for frying?

Or should all types of fat be avoided like the plague?
