*Please note: Payment is taken in advance, and an initial assessment can span 2 x 45-minute sessions. Pay-as-you-go sessions do not include between-session check-ins or access to the Food Freedom Resource Hub. Availability is limited, and booking single sessions does not guarantee an ongoing place on our client list.


Deep Dive Session

Our Deep Dive Session is a one-off, in-depth consultation designed to explore your relationship with food and address your nutritional needs. By the end of this session, you’ll have a clear, actionable plan tailored just for you.

This is ideal if you want expert insights into your challenges and needs, with a personalised roadmap to follow and the flexibility to work through it yourself or explore ongoing support (with no obligation).

What’s Included in Your Deep Dive Session?

  • A Comprehensive 75-Minute Consultation:
    A one-to-one call to gain clarity about your relationship with food, eating habits, and nutritional status.
  • Pre-Session Analysis:
    Detailed review of your pre-appointment forms to maximise the efficiency and value of your session.
  • Personalised Report and Resources:
    Receive a bespoke report, roadmap, and workbook tailored to your needs. These resources provide you with a clear, actionable plan to guide your progress.
  • Follow-Up Support:
    A follow-up email exchange within 2 weeks of your call to address any questions and provide additional clarity.

Following the session, you can choose to either work through your plan and workbook independently, or purchase follow-up appointments or an ongoing package within 6 months to help implement your plan.
