The Minefield of the Modern Diet

The World is full of advice about food and dieting. Much of this advice seems conflicting or misleading, is based on pseudoscience or anecdotes, and is fueled by celebrity culture and the media.

Despite the abundance of dietary information so readily available to us, much of the Developed World is undergoing an epidemic of obesity and diabetes.

So how do we know which dietary advice to believe? What should we be eating to maximize our health? What other factors are important as part of a healthy lifestyle?

In this audio I attempt to guide you through the minefield of the modern diet, separating the facts from the fads as we go.
