Optional topping: grated parmesan, chopped parsley and pumpkin seeds
Chop the onion, garlic and cut the smoked salmon into strips
Boil the pasta (roughly a large handful per person) for 10 – 12 minutes
While the pasta is cooking, fry the onion and garlic in the olive or rapeseed oil for 1-2 minutes, then add the salmon and peas and cook for 3-4 minutes
Once the pasta is cooked, add the cooked onion, salmon and peas to the pasta then stir in the cream cheese, yoghurt, lemon juice and pepper to taste
Top with grated parmesan, parsley and pumpkin seeds (optional)
