Creamy Smoked Salmon Pasta

  • Wholegrain pasta
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup (160g ) of frozen peas
  • 120g of smoked salmon
  • 1/2 packet (80g) of cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp of natural yoghurt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • Optional topping: grated parmesan, chopped parsley and pumpkin seeds


  • Chop the onion, garlic and cut the smoked salmon into strips
  • Boil the pasta (roughly a large handful per person) for 10 – 12 minutes
  • While the pasta is cooking, fry the onion and garlic in the olive or rapeseed oil for 1-2 minutes, then add the salmon and peas and cook for 3-4 minutes
  • Once the pasta is cooked, add the cooked onion, salmon and peas to the pasta then stir in the cream cheese, yoghurt, lemon juice and pepper to taste
  • Top with grated parmesan, parsley and pumpkin seeds (optional)
